Change happens from the space of implementation. In the talks, workshops and camps the focus is on doing rather than just theory based learning. What I have learnt is that you have to let go a little, listen to the noises in and around your head, make a decision, believe in your plan (or lack of) and trust that things will work out.

Enclosed are a collection of unleashed thoughts that reside in my journal. Amidst the writing are lessons that I have taken on board from the pulling and pushing of various influences in my life. These accounts have become my guiding principles and, hopefully for my children when they are ready to err... listen?
