• The typical attendee will have 1 year experience of working within a service based frontline business, from hospitality to healthcare.
• Organisation headcount will vary from 10 - 100+ colleagues.
• Primarily designed to support managers, supervisors and business owners
• Both professional and non-professionally skilled colleagues benefit from the programmes.
• Leaders who are open to grow themselves, their team and organisation.

The workshops are led by Kartik who is actively involved in the domain of people and skill development of leaders.

• Regular facilitation of skill and competency based training for new graduates 
• Corporate leadership skill and leadership coaching 
• Recruiting and leading teams of 30+ colleagues
• Proprietorship and operations of a service based business with 1000+ customers/ month
• Field based product sales (DTC)

Workshop include:

• Session scoping hours
• Pre-work to tailor outcomes
• Set up and delivery of 3/6 hours of training online or in person at chosen location (excluding breaks)
• Outcomes report preparation
• Resources and not limited to a workbook
• If in person, 40 miles (London) travel included. Additional miles chargeable 

 Both Gold and Platinum workshop options include:

• Session scoping hours
• Pre-work to tailor outcomes
• Set up and delivery of 3 hours (Gold package)/6 hours (Platinum package) of training online or in person at chosen location, excluding breaks
• Outcomes report preparation
• Resources and not limited to a workbook 
• If in person, 40 miles (London) travel included. Additional miles chargeable
• Group sessions up to 4 individuals included. Additional candidates fixed rate per person
