Where confidence meets creativity

Would you like something different from your summer more than travelling, shopping or getting a job at the local supermarket? Sure, social cognitive studies have shown that you can learn from simply observing others and develop self-beliefs that influence your behaviour.

Instead, how about proactively engaging with other like minded young individuals in face-to-face skills workshops that will expand your imagination, context, confidence and comfort zone. You could spend countless hours observing and reading self help books, but, to experience change you need to experiment and explore.

Through a range of workshops, talks and discussions we will cover a range of collaborative work-related and life skills including:

Understanding self awareness and regulating emotions
Listening, questioning and feedback skills
Goal setting and effective prioritisation
Motivation vs obsession
Features of success

Who is the ideal audience for the camp?

The summer camp is specifically targeted at young leaders who are on the cusp of completing or recently completed their formal years of education. The workshop content and style is suited to individuals who are:

Ambitious and self regulating in aspects of their life
Can prove capability to learn fast and collaborate with others
Driven by the curiosity of a non-linear career and life path
Have a love for new ideas and solutions
In sixth-form, college, university, newly graduated, working full time, an apprentice

The summer camp is a concept of and led by Kartik who is actively involved in the domain of people and skill development of leaders.

Regular facilitation of skill and competency based training for new graduates

Where and what formats will the content be experienced?

Everything is done in person and London-centric. Delegated need to be able to travel into London daily for the programme (9am - 4pm).

Flexibility to apply a range of skills, thinking and ability will be necessary to optimise your experience of:

1:1 coaching
Self-led and group practical exercises
Reading materials

What is the cost of the camp?

Your investment is £73 for the programme.

Your attendance fee covers our investment in preparing the content and plans, sourcing resources and locations, providing the necessary learning materials and giving feedback.
There will be a special presentation event on the final day of the programme details of which will be disclosed in your welcome pack.
What is not included: Delegates can bring a packed lunch and snacks or buy something to eat locally. Travel is self-funded. Fee applies for awarded dates only and refunds, exchanges or transfers are not possible once accepted.
